Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) and the Ministry of Tourism and Lands, proudly welcome the renowned travel influencer Nusier Yassin, widely known as ‘Nas Daily.’ This exclusive partnership aims to position Sri Lanka as one of the world’s premier travel destinations, leveraging Nas Daily’s vast social media presence, with over 67 million followers globally.
Minister for Tourism and Lands, Mr. Harin Fernado, emphasized that the campaign aims to showcase Sri Lanka through mainstream social media, captivating millions of international users. The objective is to create excitement, influence travel decisions for the upcoming seasons, and establish unique reasons for visitors to explore and revisit Sri Lanka.
In the digital age, travel influencers play a pivotal role in storytelling, reaching billions of social media users. Their authentic narratives act as a powerful Digital Word of Mouth, offering genuine insights that traditional advertising struggles to replicate.

The influencer’s content, focused on remarkable people, extraordinary places, and impactful initiatives, resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.
As part of our destination campaign, Nas Daily will produce three distinctive tourism and investment-focused videos showcasing Sri Lanka. The filming crew, accompanied by SLTPB’s International Media Team, has explored iconic locations such as Tea Plantations in Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Hikkaduwa, and Colombo.
This initiative aims to garner significant global attention, positioning Sri Lanka as a ‘Must Visit Destination in The World.’ Nuseir Yassin, expressing his affinity for Sri Lanka, affirmed, “Sri Lanka is like my second home. I had a great time here and am coming back for more.”
A Fans’ Meet & Greet event at the BMICH witnessed over 500 dedicated Nas Daily fans, showcasing the immense impact and connection Nas Daily has with his audience.
